How often in our lives do we find that we feel a bit lost or old behaviours and habits make us unhappy, or hold us back from enhancing our potential? How often have we wished we could change these things that detract from our lives? It may be issues around self-confidence, public speaking, nerves, stress/ anxiety, phobias, motivation or direction, exam/ interview fears, anger issues, overcoming past experiences or fretting about the future or issues with food or smoking.

How do we do this?

By adopting an individualised approach we concentrate on you as a person and design your session around you and your needs. This is achieved by using a blended application of Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programme) and Life Coaching to assist you in making rapid, effective and lasting change?

Most clients resolve their issues in 1-3 sessions.

You may notice we refer to assisting you in making the changes you want; this is because you remain in total control at all times and the best person to help you make the changes you want is yourself.

So what is...

Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is the use of skilled language to assist the subconscious brain in making change, as the language we use is the architecture of our feelings, thoughts and communication

NLP?

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) works within the principles of Neuroscience, which looks at how Neural Pathways in the brain communicate messages between the mind and the body. In essence it looks at how the brain and body physiology interact and how this may be used to learn new patterns for rapid change and stop doing those old limiting behaviours and habits.

Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is a supportive way of setting goals and making breakthroughs in your life, finding new solutions to what you actually want instead of your current life's issues.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy?

CBT, or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, is a talking therapy that focuses on how your thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect your feelings and behaviour, and teaches you new coping strategies for dealing with different issues. It combines cognitive therapy (examining the things you think about) and behaviour therapy (examining the things you do), taking a practical approach to problem solving, focusing on changing negative thoughts, patterns and their resulting behaviours. It has been proved to help treat a wide range of emotional and physical health conditions in adults, young people and children.
